Our driving philosophy is to ‘eat local’ and to showcase the very best of local, sustainable and seasonal produce, local distilleries and breweries with an emphasis on promoting and supporting the Byron Shire community. Our menu celebrates the simplicity of modern Australian seafood flavours.
Fishheads is about the freedom to make your own choices about food. In order to create a better dining experience, we have developed a menu which can be shared to enable you to try more varieties of dishes, as well as an option for our customers to create their own seafood platter.
