Hi - 4 of us were in B.Bay recently on a wonderful holiday. We are from Adelaide & we enjoyed having breakfast by the beach in the mornings. We agreed that Fishheads is definately the best place in Byron Bay to have breakfast, with wonderful choices & very carefully cooked & beautifully presented meals. We admit that we developed a passion for your spinach & ricotta pancakes with salmon, they were worth getting up for in the mornings & we had them a few times. Please pass on our thanks for the wonderful meals we enjoyed.

I live in Devon, England, my name is Kevin. My family and I visited Australia in November and passed through Byron Bay. I am a seafood lover, especially Mussels. In the takeaway section of your restaurant I ordered the mussels and they and the sauce were the best I have ever tasted. They were big chunky mussels with a superb tomato and coriander sauce. We were based in Brisbane while we were there and I was tempted to drive all the way back to to get them again.Would you be so kind as to let me have the recipe please. We would both like to thank you so much for making our 10th wedding anniversary lunch so special. Your service was wonderful & we really appreciated you making an exception & letting us have that lovely table in the corner. The food was fantastic - great squid & as we said at the time - the best fish & chips ever! Then to top it all off - that desert - it was sensational. I am just writing to say how wonderful everything was as Fishheads last Saturday night for Eileen's 70th, and to thank you so much for all your help. It was great to be able to bring a conference group of 35 to Fishheads where they could experience the vibe & feel of Byron Bay. After sitting in the conference room all day it was refreshing to sit outside on the deck watching the sunset whilst enjoying a sumptuous seafood platter.
