with home made sweet chilli & asian herbs

1/2 dozen - half shell scallops
grilled with seasoned virgin olive oil & served with fresh lime & mint

goat's cheese puff pastry tartlet
slow roasted tomato, caramelised onions, pesto, rocket & olive salad
